81100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the 81100 platform. By registering or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 81100 platform in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using the 81100 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to refrain from using our platform.

To use the 81100 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You are at least 18 years of age as of your registration date.
  • You are a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding contract in Malaysia.
  • You are not subject to any prohibition or restriction imposed by any relevant authority.
  • Your use of this platform does not violate any laws or local regulations applicable to you.

81100 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time and to suspend an account until verification is completed.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Registration and account information

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 81100 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

Password and account security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 81100 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login information. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

User responsibilities

Users of the 81100 platform are prohibited from:

  • Using the platform for any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
  • Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerabilities within the platform's systems.
  • Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it.
  • Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
  • Spreading false or misleading information when dealing with the platform or support team.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

3. Payments, Transactions & Currency

Currency and payment methods

All transactions on the 81100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via a range of approved digital payment methods, including local e-wallets. All deposits received will be credited to the user's account balance in MYR.

Deposit policy

Deposits are strictly for use within the 81100 platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and may be adjusted by 81100 at any time with reasonable notice. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and have been obtained through legitimate means.

Withdrawals and processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the identity verification procedures set by 81100. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method. Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same name as the platform account. 81100 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal.

Suspicious transactions

81100 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or decline any transaction found to be suspicious or potentially in violation of platform policies or applicable laws. Any transaction involving funds obtained illegally will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

4. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Platform liability limits

The 81100 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, we make no guarantees that the service will always be available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. 81100 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

81100's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and visual elements found on the 81100 platform are our exclusive property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 81100.

Links and third-party services

The 81100 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including payment providers and game providers. 81100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are encouraged to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party service they use.

5. Account Suspension Policy & Changes to Terms

Account suspension and closure

81100 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account in the following situations:

  • Violation of any terms stated in this document.
  • Confirmed instances of fraud, manipulation, or breach of platform ethics.
  • Failure to complete identity verification requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Requests from legitimate law enforcement authorities.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.

In confirmed cases of fraud-related suspension, 81100 reserves the right to forfeit the associated account balance without any obligation to refund. For accounts closed for other reasons, valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once all reviews have been completed.

Changes to these terms

81100 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform or their registered email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed your acceptance of the amended terms.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation and discussion between the parties involved. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
